The working principle of the three in one filling machine

The three in one filling machine combines the functions of flushing, filling, and sealing on one body, achieving automation throughout the entire process. It is suitable for filling juice drinks, fruit tea drinks, mineral water, purified water, and other non carbonated beverages in high-temperature resistant polyester bottles. The machine is made of high-quality SUS304 material, and the main components are precision machined by CNC machine tools. The whole machine uses photoelectric detection to check the operation status of each component. It has a high degree of automation and a simple human-machine interface operation display screen with no bottle filling and no cap delivery.
Working principle of three in one filling machine:
The empty bottles of the three in one unit are flipped upright and transported to the bottle punching machine through bottle extraction. The rotary disc of the bottle punching machine is equipped with bottle clamps, which clamp the bottle mouth and flip it 180 ° along a guide rail, allowing the bottle mouth to enter the bottle punching machine downwards. In a specific area of the bottle washing machine, a specially designed nozzle sprays bottle washing water to flush the inner wall of the bottle. After rinsing and draining, the bottle is clamped by the bottle clamp and flipped 180 ° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth face upwards. The cleaned bottles are exported from the bottle washing machine through the bottle shifting star wheel and transported to the filling machine. The bottles entering the filling machine are held at the bottle mouth by the bottleneck pallet. The filling adopts a reflux filling method.
This machine adopts a programmable controller with * to control the automatic operation of the machine. The bottle feeding chain adopts air supply, which cooperates with the host frequency converter to make the bottle feeding operation more stable and reliable. The operation status of each component is detected by photoelectric detection, so the degree of automation is high and the operation is simple. On this basis, the filling equipment of this machine can be changed to form a low vacuum filling method.
