Operation guide for noodle machine

The noodle machine can produce various round and flat noodles (such as fresh noodles, dried noodles, Daoxiao Noodles, beef noodles, stewed noodles, Hot dry noodles, hand rolled noodles, cold noodles, etc.), dumpling skin, Wonton skin, willow leaf noodles, and other products. The products produced have a smooth surface, good taste, fast cooking, and are resistant to boiling without sticking to the soup. Do you know how to operate a noodle machine? Let's introduce it below.

1. Noodles: Pour the flour into the flour mixer, then add water at a ratio of about 25% according to the regulations. Start the conveyor and mix the flour and water evenly until they reach a granular shape (preferably used after 10 minutes), and then it can be used.

2. Adjustment: Use the handwheel to adjust the rolling and mixing gap. The reference data for each group of rolling and mixing gaps is: (except for units above 330) during the adjustment process
It is sometimes difficult to adjust the number of tightened or loosened hand wheels at one time. The key is to find out the reason and be patient. If you are not skilled, you can stop the machine for adjustment, and lock the hand wheel after it is normal.

3. Operation: Put the mixed flour into the flour hopper, press the knife and fix the knife stopper, and then start the machine. The panel from the third group should be manually guided to the next group (and so on for multiple groups) to complete the operation.
