The steel bar repeated bending testing machine is developed in accordance with the standards GB/T1499-1998, GB/T232-1999, and YB/T5126-2003. Flexible steel bars below HRB400 with a diameter of less than 40.Its structural performance meets the requirements of the test specifications. It adopts a flip plate bending device, with adjustable flip plate spacing, bending angle indication, and convenient replacement of the bending center. It works reliably and is easy to operate.

The repeated bending testing machine for steel bars mainly consists of a transmission part, a frame, a worktable, a screw adjustment device, and a limit mechanism.

The transmission part transmits the power of the brake motor to the working disc through a two-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer. The rack is a box made of square steel and steel plate welded together with side doors, which supports the various components of the testing machine. The workbench is the upper flat plate of the machine, which is equipped with a spiral adjustment device and a limit mechanism, as well as a protective cover.

2. Electrical control part:

The system is connected to three-phase power (no need to connect to the neutral line), release the emergency stop button, and the system will start. The startup of the touch screen requires a certain amount of time (please wait patiently for about 3 minutes), so it is not an emergency situation, and do not press the emergency stop button easily. After the system is powered on, it is necessary to first test whether the operating direction of the equipment is correct by jogging the "manual forward bending" or "manual reverse bending" operation mode. If it is not correct, it can be adjusted by adjusting the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply.

Maintenance methods for testing machines:

(1) Before starting up, lubrication should be carried out according to the specified lubrication parts and methods

(2) It is not allowed to use small-diameter tools to bend large-diameter steel bars

(3) Disassembly and assembly shall be carried out by professionals who are familiar with the structure of this testing machine

(4) When the testing machine is stopped, anti rust oil should be applied to the working surface and stored in a dry place

(5) Keep the testing machine clean

(6) Do not disassemble and assemble integrated circuits and printed boards with electricity, otherwise electronic components may be damaged

(7) The casing of the testing machine should be reliably grounded

(8) The manual adjustment operation should avoid intermittent operation, otherwise it will affect the service life of the equipment. Try to operate it in one go and reduce the number of manual rotations as much as possible
