The general testing operation process of terminal tensile testing machine:
1. Place the wire part of one end of various wire harness terminals into the clamp of the left fixture, and rotate the handle to firmly clamp the wire part (the wire harness terminals have been pressed down).
2. Place the other end of the wiring harness terminal into the clamp of the right fixture, and rotate the handle to keep one end of the wiring harness terminal stuck in the middle.
3. Use an M4 hex wrench to align the center of the left fixture with the center of the right fixture.
4. If using the HF series (digital push-pull force gauge) push-pull force timer, turn on the power and wait for the LCD screen to display zero.
5. If installing the NK series (pointer push-pull force gauge) push-pull force timer, press the switch button once to return the finger to zero position.
6. Rotate the handle of the body to move the left clamp to the left and enable the right clamp to clamp the terminal.

Daily maintenance and upkeep of terminal tensile testing machine:
1. Please do not overload, the rated load of this instrument is 500N.
2. Pay attention to daily maintenance work and keep all components of the instrument clean.
3. When the machine malfunctions, please promptly contact the manufacturer or sales point (do not disassemble or repair it without authorization).
