3. Therefore, before debugging the newly installed internal instruments, it is necessary to first verify the instrument constants or whether the sensor number and converter number are paired. Because such mismatches often occur, it is necessary to review the set values such as caliber, range, and measurement units.
4. Check the zero point and range of the converter. Check the filling condition of the pipeline and the presence of bubbles.

The flow condition of the sensor does not meet the requirements. The inter electrode resistance of the sensor changes or the electrode insulation has decreased.
7. There are inflow and outflow values in the measured pipeline system that have not been included in the assessment. Before checking the fault phenomenon of the comparison reference frame, it is necessary to first evaluate the accuracy and correctness of the actual flow rate (i.e. the reference flow rate derived from each reference frame) compared with the measured flow rate of the electromagnetic flowmeter.
8. People often obtain the reference flow rate from multiple aspects, such as comparing the material balance of the process system, that is, comparing the amount entering the system with the amount flowing out of the system, and comparing it with other flow measurement values, such as comparing it with the volume of the water tank container or the flow rate of the externally clamped ultrasonic flow juice.
