Spiral conveyor is a widely used conveying equipment in the chemical, building materials, grain and other sectors. It is mainly used to transport powdery, granular and small block materials. It is not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to deterioration, hardness and clumping. It uses electric motor spiral rotation, rotating or reciprocating motion of the working components, and the flow of the medium in the pipeline to transport the materials forward. The working components of the spiral conveyor are spiral bodies, which rotate in the material trough to push the materials along the trough.
Features:
1) Large conveying capacity, up to 1.4-458 cubic meters per hour, with a length of up to 60m;
2) The accessibility time can reach 20000 hours, reducing maintenance costs;
3) Can transport materials horizontally, obliquely, or vertically, suitable for different conveying environments;
4) Sealed transportation reduces environmental pollution and improves working conditions;
5) It can be used for reverse conveying or for a conveyor to simultaneously transport materials in two directions, either towards the center or away from the center.
Installation instructions:
1. The feeding switch is a reverse switch with two rotation directions, namely spiral forward and reverse control. Turning forward for feeding and reversing can release the remaining material in the material box from the lower gate of the material pipe.
2. The installation of the gearbox coupling should not get stuck. After installation, the gearbox coupling should be pulled freely to avoid overloading and burning of the motor. During installation, the flange screws can be adjusted appropriately.
3. The installation of the spiral pin at the tail of the pipe should not be too tight to avoid the spiral being bent and causing it to touch the feeding pipe wall when rotating. After installing the ejector pin, pay attention to tightening the ejector pin fastening nut to prevent the ejector pin from loosening. Pay attention to this every time the spiral is pulled out and cleaned before putting it back in.
Every type of machinery may experience various malfunctions during operation, but if we can pay attention to some techniques to avoid such failures, how can we prevent the feeding machine from malfunctioning? The editor has analyzed the following three points:
1. The selection of the feeding machine should be based on the specific gravity of the material, the size of the conveying capacity within the specified time, the number of degrees of blade rotation, the distance and inclination angle of the conveyed material, and the requirements of the on-site usage environment
2. The selection of feeding machine motors can be divided into variable frequency motors that can adjust speed to control the conveying volume, explosion-proof motors with detailed explosion-proof levels, and ordinary motors that can be divided into level 4 motors and level 6 motors
3. The use and daily maintenance of the feeder are also important. If any loose fasteners are found, the machine should be stopped and re tightened before use. Lubricating oil should be added regularly for maintenance of each driving device. The feeder should be started to rotate when there is no material in the shell, gradually and evenly increasing the feeding speed to reach the rated conveying capacity. In order to ensure the no-load start of the feeder, the material in the conveyor shell should be conveyed before stopping the machine to avoid overloading or starting the feeder.
