Introduction to Common Malfunctions and Solutions of Cooling Water Recirculators
The cooling water circulation device can ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Adopting a cyclic cooling method can save water. When using it, it is important to pay attention to the above aspects, strictly follow the prescribed requirements for operation, and also pay attention to regular maintenance and upkeep in order to extend the service life of the cooling water circulation equipment. Not only can it cool, but it can also heat. The temperature control range can reach 5 degrees to 50 degrees, greatly improving the performance of the cooling water circulation equipment and expanding its application range.
The entire system of this product is a fully enclosed system, which does not produce oil mist at high temperatures and does not absorb moisture from the air at low temperatures. The system will not increase pressure due to high temperatures during operation, and will automatically replenish the heat transfer medium at low temperatures. If necessary, you can also check the oil distribution reading on the pressure gauge dashboard and the suction and exhaust ring valves of the compressor; Softeners of different specifications can be configured according to different flow rates and directly connected to the circulating water pipe. Generally, water treatment softeners are equipped with a certain proportion of detergent.
What are the common faults and solutions of cooling water circulators?
1. The lack of flow and pressure in cooling water is generally due to a problem with the water pump
The inspection requires separate inspection of the pump head and motor of the cooling water circulation equipment. When inspecting the pump head, it is necessary to rotate the bearing at the connection between the pump head and the motor. If the rotation is smooth, it indicates that there is no problem with the pump head. If the rotation is difficult, it proves that the pump head is faulty and needs to be replaced. When inspecting the motor, simply turn on the power to see if the motor is running. If it is not running, consider replacing the motor.
2. Cooling water pressure too high or too low
Firstly, the pressure regulating valve on the upper right side of the cooling water is a fine adjustment valve. If the user's required water pressure does not deviate significantly from the actual displayed pressure of the cooling water, the valve can be adjusted to reduce pressure in the "+" direction and increase pressure in the "-" direction. When adjusting, only a "straight" screwdriver needs to be gently turned. If the "straight" screwdriver feels a bit difficult to turn and there is no significant change in pressure, the screwdriver should be stopped immediately and the water pump diversion valve can be adjusted; If there is a significant deviation between the water pressure required by the user and the actual displayed pressure of the cooling water, it is recommended that the user adjust the pressure by combining the two valves of the pump head diversion adjustment and the pressure adjustment on the upper right side of the instrument.
3. Cooling water has pressure and flow, but does not cool down
Firstly, observe if there is a cooling power grid on the display board of the cooling water cycle unit. If not, consider replacing the control board or frequency converter. If there is a cooling power grid, check if the condenser cooling fan has started. If it has not started, replace the fan. If the fan starts normally, check if there is a shortage or leakage of fluorine in the cooling unit. If there is a shortage of fluorine, add refrigerant according to the refrigerant model and pressure normally. If there is a leakage of fluorine, find the leakage point and re weld it.
