Instructions for using a heating, cooling, and constant temperature bath
Heating, cooling, constant temperature bathThe overall device has a small size, easy mobility, and simple positioning and installation. Heating and cooling constant temperature baths are widely used in many fields due to their inherent characteristics. They use air-cooled fully enclosed compressors for cooling, which have the characteristics of fast cooling speed and low noise. When the refrigeration system overheats or has multiple protection devices such as sufficient current, the intelligent microcomputer can quickly respond to temperature measurement deviations, making the digital display resolution reach 0.1 degrees Celsius. The PID of special users can be adjusted by themselves. Heating and cooling constant temperature baths are widely used for drying, concentrating, distilling, impregnating chemical reagents, impregnating drugs and biological products, and can also be used for water bath constant temperature heating and other temperature tests. Heating and cooling constant temperature baths are the * tools for biology, genetics, viruses, aquaculture, environmental protection, medicine, health, biochemistry laboratories, analysis rooms, education and scientific research.
The heating and cooling constant temperature bath adopts a single-stage steam compression refrigeration cycle system, with R22 as the refrigerant. The compressor discharges high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam through air cooling condensation, which condenses into high-pressure liquid. After passing through the filter and throttling device, it becomes low-pressure wet steam and flows to the evaporator tube in the tank. At the same time, it absorbs heat from the working medium (soft water) in the tank and becomes low-pressure superheated steam, which is then sucked into the compressor for compression and discharge. In this way, the cycle heating and cooling constant temperature bath continuously absorbs heat from the working medium to cool it down.
Before initial use, the power plug of the heating and cooling constant temperature bath should be checked for safety with a multimeter. Use a measuring resistor to check for short circuits or poor insulation between the phase, center, and ground on the plug.
2. Can be used when below ambient temperature is requiredHeating, cooling, constant temperature bathThe upper condenser tube can be used for cooling, and an electric water pump similar to the heating and cooling constant temperature bath can be added to introduce cold water from the condenser tube into the condenser tube through a rubber hose. At the same time, a pipe clamp can be added to the rubber hose to control the flow of cold water. The use of cold water for cooling can generally only reach between 20-15 ℃ and the electric heating switch must be turned off.
3. Add distilled water according to regulations (water level about 30-43 millimeters above the cover plate), connect the power plug to the power supply, turn on the power switch and electric pump switch on the control box, and circulate the water in the tank for convection.
4. Adjust the heating and cooling constant temperature bath to the set temperature. Assuming a room temperature of 20 ℃ and a desired experimental temperature of 25 ℃, the adjustment method for the heating, cooling, and constant temperature bath is as follows: first, loosen the locking screw of the screw adjustment cap on the upper end of the mercury contact thermometer, then turn the magnetic screw adjustment cap to position the temperature indicator nut at approximately 2-3 ℃ lower than the desired experimental temperature (such as 23 ℃), turn on the heater switch for heating (to save heating time, pour in hot water several degrees lower than the required constant temperature). If the water temperature is significantly different from the set temperature, high-power heating can be used first (the heater switch on the heating, cooling, and constant temperature bath panel is in the "on" position). When the water temperature approaches the set temperature, low-power heating can be used (the heater switch on the heating, cooling, and constant temperature bath panel is in the "heating" position). The sentence is:. Pay attention to the reading of the thermometer, and when it reaches around 23 ℃, rotate the magnetic screw adjustment cap again to make the contact and mercury column in the just connected and disconnected state (the constant temperature indicator light is on and off). At this point, heat slowly until the temperature reaches 25 ℃, and then tighten the locking screw.
5. Use distilled water for heating, cooling, and constant temperature bath. Do not use hard water such as well water, river water, or spring water. If using tap water, it must be used after each useHeating, cooling, constant temperature bathClean both inside and outside to prevent the accumulation of scale on the cylinder wall, which may affect the sensitivity of constant temperature.
