Process Composition of Nutritional Rice noodles Production Line

The nutritional Rice noodles production line takes rice, corn, beans and other grains as raw materials, and can produce various nutritional powders, such as baby Rice noodles, sesame paste and soybean flour, after extrusion, drying, crushing and mixing. The production line automatically completes the process flow from feeding, with simple operation, no dust leakage, hygiene and energy saving. Can be conveniently combined with various raw materials and nutrients.


Process composition of nutrition Rice noodles production line:
1. Powder mixer: Rice noodles is mixed with some additives alone or partially, and a certain amount of water is added to fully mix evenly.
2. Feeding machine: Using a motor as the power source for spiral conveying, the mixed raw materials are transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.
3. Squeezing machine: With a dedicated control cabinet, it can extrude rice grains under high pressure environment, adjust the process and replace the mold to produce rice grains of different shapes.
4. Vibration screen: The extruded particles contain some temperature and viscosity, which are spread out through the vibration screen to avoid sticking together.
5. Fan: Convey the product to the oven, and the height of the elevator is determined according to the oven.
6. Multi layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, with a temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees through a control cabinet. The interior is made of stainless steel double-layer mesh bags, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed to reduce particle moisture and increase shelf life;
7. Cooling conveyor: The dried particles contain a certain temperature, which is cooled to room temperature to ensure packaging quality.

This process equipment can repair and reduce broken rice (broken rice, as well as shed rice germ) during rice milling or process it into rice particles that are almost identical to ordinary polished rice, or according to the requirements of scientific diet, blend some natural nutrients such as various miscellaneous grains in a certain proportion to make high nutrient rice and instant snacks with the same cooking performance and cooking method (flavor) as ordinary rice.
