When selecting the range of a smart pressure transmitter, it is important to confirm the maximum value of the measured pressure. Typically, a transmitter with a pressure range approximately 1.5 times larger than the maximum value needs to be selected. So when choosing a transmitter, it is important to fully consider the pressure range, accuracy, and stability.
When choosing the model of intelligent pressure transmitter, we need to consider the medium measured by the intelligent pressure transmitter. Viscous liquids and mud may block the pressure interface, and solvents or corrosive substances may damage the materials in direct contact with these media in the transmission. These factors will determine whether to choose direct isolation membranes and materials that come into direct contact with the medium. If the medium is corrosive, chemical sealing should be used. This not only measures the pressure of the medium, but also effectively prevents contact between the medium and the liquid receiving part of the smart pressure transmitter, thereby protecting the smart pressure transmitter and extending its lifespan.
The factors that affect the selection of accuracy level for intelligent pressure transmitters include nonlinearity, hysteresis, non repeatability of electromechanical business network, temperature, zero offset scale, and temperature influence.
