Vibration feeder, also known as vibration feeder. It is the use of eccentric blocks in the vibrator to generate centrifugal force, forcing the movable parts such as the sieve box and vibrator to move in a continuous or approximately circular motion. The vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding tank, exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the trough vibration feeding is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and a gear pair. The exciter is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to drive the active shaft, and then the passive shaft is rotated by the gear meshing on the active shaft. The active and passive shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, causing the trough to vibrate and continuously flow the material, achieving the purpose of conveying the material.
The vibrating feeder can uniformly, timed, and continuously feed block and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device in the production process. In the sand and gravel production line, it can continuously and uniformly feed the crushing machinery and perform coarse screening on the materials. It is widely used in crushing and screening equipment in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasive and other industries.

The maintenance items for the vibrating feeder are as follows:
1. The air gap between the vibrating feeding machine magnet and the armature is very important. Regularly check the size of the air gap to see if there are any impurities affecting it. The reasons for the significant changes in current are twofold: one is the issue with the leaf spring, and the other is the increase in air gap.
2. A normal working feeder should have very stable parameters. Before starting the device, use a potential controller to regulate the current to a small area, then gradually increase it to reach the standard position.
3. According to the different conditions of the materials, the feeding angle of the hopper can be adjusted appropriately. But it should not exceed 15 degrees at most.
4. The machine equipment should be grounded, the wires should be reliably insulated, and installed in snake skin tubes. The motor wiring should be checked regularly for wear and leakage.
5. It should be ensured that the thin oil level in the vibration feeder exciter is higher than the oil level, and it must be replaced every 3-6 months. When changing the oil, clean gasoline or kerosene should be used to clean the oil tank, bearing raceway, and gear surface.
