1、 Placement environment

The environment for placing the thermal shock test chamber should be kept clean. If there is a lot of dust in the environment, it is inevitable that it will enter the equipment components or water tanks, polluting the internal systems of the equipment and blocking related pipelines. If there are volatile or corrosive substances in the environment, they will corrode the materials of the product, causing component short circuits and surface damage, and paint peeling off;

2、 Adding water and wiring

Our company usually ships the equipment after it has been installed, so users can use it by adding water and wiring after receiving it. Wiring is a step that requires careful consideration. Because the device uses an air switch, the neutral wire, ground wire, and live wire need to be twisted one by one inside the air switch, which makes the plug switch more complex and therefore has a lower safety factor. Before connecting the wires, the power must be turned off to prevent electric shock;

3、 Waterway system

For the waterway system, due to the inevitable contact between water and air, chemical reactions may occur, leading to sedimentation or the growth of microorganisms. Therefore, the water tank should be cleaned every month. For other pipelines, such as evaporator gaps, it is also recommended to clean them every three months. Otherwise, the accumulation of sludge is also the main culprit causing frosting on the evaporator. Try to clean with a dry cloth when cleaning. If it is a machine with a stainless steel shell, it is difficult to wipe off fingerprints once they are stuck. It is recommended to use rust proof oil to scrub it. However, if it is a machine with a painted shell, it is forbidden to use rust proof oil, as it will melt the painted surface.

4、 The door of the test chamber cannot be opened during operation

Although the manual states that the device cannot be opened casually during operation, when I visited users, many of them unconsciously opened the doors of running devices when showing me the device status. Although it may not be apparent in the short term that such non-standard practices will have any impact on the equipment, over time, it can cause the evaporator to be in a state of low pressure, resulting in slight frosting and severe damage to the evaporator.
