[Consultation] Treatment plan for sudden non spray of salt spray test chamber

When the salt spray test chamber suddenly stops spray, the user should handle it as follows:

1. Check if the air source of the air compressor is normal. Normally, the inlet pressure of the salt spray test chamber should be 0.3MP-0.6MP, which is normal, and the outlet pressure should be 0.07MP-0.17MP.

2. Whether the power supply complies with regulations, the power supply used for different models of salt spray boxes is also different, generally divided into two power supply methods: 220V and 380V.

3. Check if the temperature of the box and saturator is normal, and if the over temperature alarm light is on.

4. Check if there is salt water in the salt spray test chamber's salt water tank.

5. Check if the air pipe connecting the nozzle inside the box has fallen off and if the saltwater pipe is connected properly.

6. Check if the nozzle is damaged or blocked .....
