Special magnetic assisted electric contact pressure gauge is a type of pressure gauge with an electric contact device, often used in conjunction with corresponding electrical components to measure the pressure of various liquid and gas media that are non corrosive, non explosive, and non crystalline to copper alloys. Electric contact pressure gauge is used to measure the positive and negative pressure of gas and liquid media that do not corrode copper and copper alloys. When the pressure reaches a predetermined value, it sends a signal and connects the control circuit to achieve automatic control and alarm. The electric contact pressure gauge has dual position automatic control and signal alarm functions.
Precautions for using special magnetic assisted electric contact pressure gauge
1. The electric contact pressure gauge should be installed vertically and strive to maintain the same horizontal position as the measuring point.
2. After the electrical circuit of the electric contact pressure gauge is connected properly, the tightening nut should be tightened, carefully inspected, and a trial operation should be carried out.
3. When measuring stable pressure with an electric contact pressure gauge, 3/4 of the limit can be used; When measuring alternating pressure, use * limit value 2/3; This limitation is not applicable when measuring negative pressure.
4. When opening the outlet box or adjusting the upper and lower limit setting range, the power must be cut off first.
5. The electric contact pressure gauge should be inspected regularly under normal use, at least once every six months. If there is a sudden problem with the electric contact pressure gauge (pressure relief caused by leakage of the spring tube; contact fusion welding or severe oxidation affecting the reliability of the contact point or breakage; loose pointer or malfunction of the indication, etc.), it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
6. Electric contact pressure gauges should be kept dry and clean regularly during use.
7. The reliability of the explosion-proof performance of an electric contact pressure gauge mainly depends on the pressure bearing strength of the explosion-proof shell and the quality of the explosion-proof surface. Therefore, during the installation, use, and maintenance process, it is necessary to pay attention to the explosion-proof surface and avoid bumping or scratching, especially when disassembling and assembling the junction box of the electric contact pressure gauge or conducting a comprehensive maintenance. Painting is not allowed on the explosion-proof surface.
8. During maintenance, if the user is unclear about the basic knowledge and concepts of explosion-proof electrical equipment, and does not have a good understanding of the structural characteristics and requirements of explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauges, do not assemble or modify them arbitrarily, otherwise it will damage the explosion-proof performance of the electric contact pressure gauge.
