The integrated intelligent vortex flowmeter with temperature and pressure compensation has these usage points!
The integrated intelligent vortex flowmeter with temperature and pressure compensation is designed with a new concept, which integrates temperature, pressure, and flow signals. Through an intelligent digital processor, the three signals are mixed and processed to output a compensated standard flow rate, thereby achieving temperature and pressure compensation for gas and steam.
Due to the compressibility of gases, their flow measurement is more complex than that of liquids. The output signal of a vortex flowmeter is not only related to the input signal, but also to the gas density, which is a function of temperature and pressure (referred to as temperature and pressure). Therefore, gas flow measurement generally suffers from temperature and pressure compensation problems.
What are the key points for using the temperature pressure compensation integrated intelligent vortex flowmeter?
1. Reasonably choose the installation site and environment. When installing a vortex flowmeter, attention should be paid to avoiding strong electrical equipment, high-frequency equipment, and strong power switch equipment; Avoid the influence of high-temperature heat sources and radiation sources on the vortex flowmeter, and try to avoid strong vibration and corrosive environments as much as possible. At the same time, consider the convenience of installation and maintenance.
2. For installation environments with unavoidable vibrations, shock absorption measures must be taken for pipelines. The vortex flowmeter sensor should be avoided from being installed on pipelines with strong vibration, especially lateral vibration. If installation is necessary, vibration reduction measures must be taken by installing pipeline fastening devices and adding anti vibration pads at the upstream and downstream 2D positions of the sensor.
3. The sensor is inverted in a horizontal pipeline. This installation method is generally not used and is not suitable for measuring general gases and superheated steam. Can be used to measure saturated steam, suitable for measuring high-temperature liquids or situations that require frequent pipeline cleaning.
4. When installing the sensor of the temperature pressure compensation integrated intelligent vortex flowmeter on insulated pipelines, attention should be paid to measuring high-temperature steam, and the insulation layer should not exceed one-third of the support height.
5. The piping upstream and downstream of the installation point should be concentric with the sensor, and the coaxial deviation should not be less than 0.5DN.
6. The sensor is installed on the side of the horizontal pipeline. Regardless of the type of fluid being measured, sensors can be installed on the upper side of horizontal pipelines, especially for measuring superheated steam, saturated steam, and low-temperature liquids. If conditions permit, side installation can be used to minimize the impact of fluid temperature on the amplifier.
