The renovation of Pingsheng Bridge in Foshan First Ring Road is a key project in the high-speed transformation of Foshan First Ring Road. The Pingsheng Bridge once won the title of "the world's longest span single span single tower double amplitude four cable surface self anchored suspension bridge" and was hailed as the Foshan Bridge. The bridge is a self anchored suspension bridge, with a total length of 3.2 kilometers for the main bridge and approach bridge, and the main beam is made of steel box girder. More than 10 years ago, the Pingsheng Bridge used the American epoxy asphalt concrete steel bridge deck paving technology during the construction of the original Foshan First Ring Road.
