The maintenance method of egg laying machine:
1. If not baking, the mold oven should be turned on or off to avoid damaging the non stick coating of the oven due to empty baking. Metal, steel needles, and hard objects should not damage the non stick coating.
2. After using the machine every day, use a clean and damp cloth to carefully clean the egg holes on the mold. Clean the charred black material and protect the cleaning of Teflon non stick pan coating. If there are broken eggs in the pot, use a brush to apply very little water to the pot (too much water will flow into the heating tube, causing electric leakage), let the broken eggs dissolve overnight, and gently wipe them off with a damp towel in the morning (do not use a metal scraper or hard object to clean, do not vigorously wipe to avoid damaging the protective layer). Clean the outside of the pot with a bamboo spatula and towel. Attention: When cleaning the outer surface of the machine, the power must be cut off to prevent electric shock accidents! To protect the spring, do not stretch it, etc.
3. It is prohibited to directly spray equipment with water or immerse equipment in water for cleaning, in order to avoid accidents caused by damage to electrical performance;
4. Solution for sticking the pot: Brush a small amount of oil on the mold after work every day (do not brush too much, as excessive brushing will flow into the heating tube after flipping, causing electrical leakage). The next day, after heating up, use kitchen paper towels to remove the oil and pour the egg mixture. If the oil is not removed, some of the eggs made may turn white or flattened
5. The service life of non stick plates is 3-6 months. When the pot is severely stuck, a set of non stick plates needs to be replaced.
