Fault diagnosis and handling:
1、 The rapid dryer is not running
Compressor circuit disconnected, fuse blown, thermal relay activated, high voltage switch activated, compressor stalling, loose or disconnected circuit
2、 Stop working within a short period of time after starting immediately
The ambient temperature is too high, the condenser is blocked, the compressor is overloaded, there is a lack of refrigerant, the low pressure is too low, the intake volume is too large, and the compressor is stuck
3、 The compressor does not start
Incorrect wiring, low voltage, damaged starting capacitor, relay or contactor not closing, open circuit of starting winding, phase loss
4、 The compressor repeatedly starts and stops due to overload protection action
Low voltage or three-phase imbalance, other electrical equipment is connected to the overload protector, the overload protector fails, the running electric heater is too small, the exhaust pressure is too high, there is a short circuit between the windings, and the thermal relay contacts are firmly stuck
5、 Relay burnt out
Voltage too high or too low. Incorrect operation of capacitor, repeated start stop, relay specifications not meeting, incorrect installation base
6、 Capacitor burnt out
Specification mismatch, high voltage
7、 Exhaust pressure too high
Too much refrigerant, air in the refrigeration system, dirty condenser, high ambient temperature, faulty fan pressure switch, fan motor, incorrect fan rotation direction, faulty cooling water flow control valve
8、 The exhaust pressure of the rapid dryer is too low
Insufficient refrigerant quantity, fan pressure switch malfunction
