Thermal insulation clothing vehicle inspection items and inspection basis
1. Mark
The marking of thermal insulation clothing should comply with the requirements of Article 3.1 of GB7258-1997 "Technical Conditions for Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation".
2. Size
2.1 Overall dimensions
The outer dimensions of thermal insulation clothing should comply with the requirements of GB1589-1989 "Limits for Dimensions of Vehicles" and GB7956-1998 "Fire Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Thermal Insulation Clothing" Table 1 and Table 2. When the thermal insulation clothing is fully loaded and the ground clearance of the bottom edge of the exterior rearview mirror is less than or equal to 1800mm, the outward extension of the exterior rearview mirror should comply with the requirements of GB15084-1994 "Performance and Installation Requirements for Automotive Rearview Mirrors".
2.2 Rear suspension
The rear suspension of fire insulation clothing should comply with the requirements of Article 3.3 of GB 7258-1997 "Technical Conditions for Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation".
3. Roll stability angle
The roll stability angle of thermal insulation clothing should comply with the requirements of Article 3.7.1 of GB 7258-1997 "Technical Conditions for Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation".
4. Installation requirements for rearview mirrors
The installation requirements for the rearview mirror of thermal insulation clothing should comply with the requirements of Article 6 of GB 15084-1994 "Performance and Installation Requirements for Automotive Rearview Mirrors".
5. Lighting and signal devices
The installation of lighting and signaling devices for thermal insulation clothing shall comply with the requirements of GB 4785-1998 "Installation Regulations for External Lighting and Signaling Devices of Vehicles and Trailers".
6. Interior materials
The interior materials of thermal insulation clothing should comply with the requirements of GB 8410-1994 "Combustion Characteristics of Automotive Interior Materials".
