Instructions for Use:

　　

1. It should be placed on a stable ground, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.

　　

2. Before use, place the speed control knob in the small position.

　　

3. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the instrument and avoid significant vibrations, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture medium in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

　　

Maintenance and upkeep:

　　

1. During continuous work, regular inspections should be conducted every three months to check for water droplets, dirt, and other debris falling into the motor and control components, as well as to inspect fuses, control components, and fastening screws.

　　

2. The bearings of the rotating part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (Calcium Nanobase No.1) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.

　　

3. After use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon. After one year of use, if abnormal noise is found in the motor, the bearings in the transmission part are worn, the belt is loose or cracked, or the electronic control components fail, etc.
