Desktop low-speed centrifugeSeparation technology is a new technique developed based on the condition of particles in a useful centrifugal environment. Particles of different densities, sizes, or shapes settle in centrifugal environments at different speeds, so a generally spherical heterogeneous mixture can be separated by centrifugation to further investigate biochemistry and distinguish many substances. For example, collecting cells, separating plasma, separating DNA and protein molecules from these pre purified preparations, and being able to separate viruses as well as large-scale E. coli, strict cell components, nuclear protein particles, etc.
The desktop low-speed centrifuge has low overall noise, easy operation, safety and reliability, and is widely used in experiments and scientific research in the fields of biology, chemistry, medicine, agriculture and forestry, food safety, blood stations, clinical experiments, etc. It is used for qualitative analysis of serum, plasma, urine, etc.
It is widely used in the medical field, and cells and DNA molecules at the microscopic level require separate research using a desktop low-speed centrifuge. This type of centrifuge typically operates at speeds above 5000 rpm and below 60000 rpm, and can provide centrifugal force tens of thousands of times greater than the acceleration of gravity for the separation of fine molecules.
Precautions during use
1. When turning back, it should be fixed in the accurate position, the fixing screws should be tightened, whether there are cracks or corrosion in the return accessories, and the contact of the ground wire.
2. It is necessary to use independent sockets to ensure stable voltage; If the user's voltage is unstable, it is necessary to connect a regulated power supply to avoid damaging the centrifuge; It should be placed on a sturdy, stable, and level tabletop, with a certain amount of space around the chassis, and adhere to excellent ventilation.
3. After each use, the lid should be opened, the condensed water wiped off, and then naturally dried; Before and after centrifugation, it is necessary to gently lower or lift it straight when turning back to avoid bumping the shaft and turning back.
4. After using the centrifuge, basket, casing, etc., they should be wiped dry and stored separately.
During the centrifugation process, if the glass tube breaks, the debris in the centrifuge chamber, casing, and other areas should be cleaned up, otherwise it will damage the centrifuge.
6. Regularly use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the cooling fins located at the rear of the centrifuge.
If the bricks are found to be corroded or cracked, they should be replaced immediately. And it is necessary to regularly use varnish to maintain the rotor, basket, and casing to avoid corrosion, and lubricate the shaft, basket ears, and other parts with lubricating oil.
