2. The head of the explosion-proof metal rotor flowmeter must be powered off before the case can be opened.

3. Open the cover of the remote signal box, and after wiring according to the diagram, be sure to tighten the fastening screws of the cover or hood to prevent dust and dripping.

4Metal rotor flowmeterAfter the cable passes through the introduction device, tighten the compression nut to fix the cable. If the compression nut is not needed, it can be made on the cable conduit with a thread of M18 × 1.5 and directly screwed into the cable introduction device seat.

6Metal rotor flowmeterIt should be installed vertically on a vibration free pipeline without obvious inclination, generally not exceeding 5 ℃, otherwise it will bring unnecessary measurement errors.

7. The control valve of the metal rotor flowmeter must be installed at the outlet of the flowmeter to fill the pipeline section for measuring the flow rate with the medium.

8. The inlet end of the flowmeter should have a 10DN straight pipe section, and the outlet end should have a 5DN or>250mm straight pipe section. DN is the nominal diameter.

9. If the measured medium contains magnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be installed to ensure the normal use of the metal rotor flowmeter.

10. To facilitate disassembly, a bypass pipeline should generally be installed.

To avoid severe impact of the float, the bypass valve should be opened first when opening the flowmeter, and then the inlet and outlet valves should be opened.
