Technical requirements

Operating temperature

The operating temperature of the hose is -20-70 ℃.

Materials and Structure

It should consist of the following parts:

- Inner lining layer (inner adhesive layer);

- Reinforced layers of natural or synthetic fabrics laid out using appropriate methods;

- Outer covering layer (outer adhesive layer);

Among them, the reinforcement layer mostly adopts the sandwich cloth method and the curtain winding method.

Hydraulic requirements

1. The maximum working pressure of the hose is 0.63MPa.

2. When conducting hydraulic tests on hoses under twice the working pressure, there should be no water seepage, no local bulging, no expansion, and no other abnormal phenomena. The anti-static hose should maintain pressure for 1 minute, and its length change should not exceed ± 0.8%, outer diameter change should not exceed ± 10%, and torsion per meter should not exceed 60 degrees;.

3. The burst pressure of the hose should not be less than 4 times the working pressure.

bending performance

At 23 ℃, when testing the hose with the smallest bending radius of 10 times the nominal inner diameter, the deformation KD value should not exceed 0.8 times the outer diameter D of the hose. K is the ratio of the outer diameter of the hose before bending minus the outer diameter after bending to the outer diameter before bending. ）

At -25 ± 2 ℃, there should be no cracking after bending.

electrical conductivity

Each "M" grade rubber hose should not exceed 10² Ω. Each "Ω" grade rubber hose should not exceed 1M Ω.

wear resistance

As the main performance of sandblasting hoses, it is also the main criterion for users to distinguish the quality of hoses. The current industry standard HG/T2192-2008 stipulates that according to method A of ISO 4649, the wear volume shall not exceed 140mm;. The previous industry standard used the Akron abrasion method, where the wear volume did not exceed 0.8cm; /1.61km. Although this method has been replaced by ISO 4649 method A since 2008, some domestic rubber hose users still use this measurement method. ）

Other performance indicators

Other performance indicators such as interlayer adhesion strength, ozone resistance, and mechanical properties under verification pressure are also considered for quality assessment. For specific details, please refer to the current industry standard HG/T2192-2008 in China.
