The LX-3100 series portable chromatograph has an automatic injection device, and the built-in suction pump can automatically collect gas samples on site. The sample quantification and automatic injection are achieved through valves and quantitative tubes. It is also equipped with a regular injection port that accepts manual syringe injection. Multiple detectors can be optionally selected: PDDID, FID, TCD, ZrD, ECD, FPD, PED, PID, NPD, etc.
The LX-3100 series portable chromatograph has mobility and flexibility, comparable to the stability of laboratory chromatographs, and can meet the analysis requirements of different environments, making it increasingly widely used.
1、 Instrument features
1. Column box
Each chromatographic column has an independent column box temperature control system. Due to the compact structure of the column box, the heating rate is fast and the temperature of the column box is very stable. Due to the independent temperature control system of each chromatographic column, when one column needs to be activated, it will not affect other columns.
2. Control system
Built in industrial computer with touch screen function, combining powerful spectral software with Windows PC system, users can create methods, design custom reports, view calibration curves, obtain and process data, and create and run batch tests through the screen. At the same time, it can also control the opening and closing of valves inside the chromatography, and achieve functions such as blowback and center cutting.
3. A brand new IC temperature control system with high temperature control accuracy, reliability, and anti-interference performance; Equipped with 8 independent temperature control outputs, it can achieve 20 order programmed temperature rise, improve near room temperature control ability, and have faster heating/cooling speed.
4. Automatic gas cut-off protection function: When the carrier gas pressure is below the safety threshold, the system will automatically cut off the detector voltage to protect the detector from damage and ensure the safe operation of the instrument.
5. In the daily use of the instrument, in order to ensure its good operating condition, it is necessary to activate the instrument irregularly. The activation program provided by the chromatograph allows users to avoid setting complex parameters. When selecting the activation program, the instrument will automatically run according to the required parameters, making it convenient for users to perform daily maintenance work on the instrument.

2. EPC controller
The electronic pressure control unit (EPC) of the instrument configuration realizes digital control of the gas path, greatly improving the stability of the instrument and the reproducibility of the analysis results; The EPC control system is a gas micro flow control system designed and manufactured using high-precision proportional valves, pressure sensors, and flow sensors. Compared with traditional mechanical valve control methods, it greatly improves the accuracy of gas pressure and flow control, enhances the automation level of instruments, eliminates the shortcomings of traditional mechanical valves that cannot compensate for temperature, and thus improves the overall performance of instruments.
