The counting pool has a black background and is illuminated by energy-saving circular fluorescent lamps for clear comparison of bacterial colonies. The pool surface has a certain inclination for easy observation. This instrument is easy to operate and accurate in counting, which can reduce the labor intensity of experimental personnel, improve work efficiency, and enhance work quality. This instrument is widely used for the detection of bacterial counts in food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, biological products, cosmetics, hygiene products, drinking water, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, and clinical specimens.

According to the regulations of bacterial counting inspection, if the bacterial colony length in a culture dish exceeds 300 hours, the test sample should be diluted and remade to ensure the accuracy of counting.

IIIXK97-A typeusage method:
1. Insert the power plug into a 220V power outlet.
2. Insert the counting pen plug into the socket on the instrument.
3. Turn the power switch to "on", the light in the counting pool will light up, and the number will display "000", indicating that counting is allowed. If the number is not "000", press the reset key
4. Place the culture dish to be tested (bottom facing up) into the counting cell.
5. Use a counting pen to count all the colonies one by one on the bottom of the culture dish. Each count should hear a "beep" sound to indicate validity, otherwise it should be repeated. At this point, the selected colonies are marked with colors and the displayed numbers automatically accumulate.
6. Carefully check with a magnifying glass to confirm that there are no missing points, and the counting is complete.
7. The displayed number is the number of bacterial colonies in the culture dish.
8. Record the numbers and remove the culture dish. Press the '0' key to display '000' for recovery, preparing for counting in another culture dish.

1. The instrument should be placed on a flat and sturdy experimental platform for use.
2. When counting bacterial colonies, do not tilt the counting pen too much. Gently tap until there is a bouncing sensation and hear a "beep" sound. If the tap is too heavy, the counting pen will be easily damaged.
3. The instrument should be moisture-proof, resistant to severe vibrations, resistant to direct sunlight exposure, and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. After use, a dust cover should be added.
4. Be careful to prevent bacterial contamination of the counting pool.
5. If there is an issue with the instrument not counting, you can press the check button. If counting, it indicates that the counting pen is broken. If the count is still not counted, it indicates that there is a problem with the instrument itself. If a malfunction is found, please do not disassemble it at will. Instead, please have experienced technicians repair it or have it repaired by our factory.
