1、 ZXL small direct connection stainless steel self-priming pump features:

The ZXL series pump is a stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump independently developed by our company. Some impellers of the ZXL series pump adopt a semi open structure, while others adopt a closed structure. In addition, there are two connection methods between the pump and the motor: direct connection and bearing bracket. All pump shaft seals adopt the advanced cantilever technology mechanical seals in West Germany. Due to the excellent structure, performance, and shape of our products, as well as the use of high-quality stainless steel materials for overcurrent components and connecting frames, both series products have a series of advantages such as reliable corrosion resistance, easy use and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption, and good sealing performance.

2、 ZXL stainless steel corrosion-resistant self-priming pump material:

1. Overcurrent parts and connecting frame: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel

2. Mechanical seal: Static ring: Ceramic (SiC). Dynamic ring graphite impregnated with furan resin.

3. Rubber structural components: Fluororubber. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel centrifugal pump.

4. If the conveying medium or usage conditions do not match the material configuration of this pump, other materials can be discussed separately.

For example, overcurrent components can be equipped with 316, and shaft seals can be equipped with polytetrafluoroethylene. Or other types of dynamic and static rings, etc.

The ZXL series pump can transport liquids with small soft particles or fibers, corrosive or with hygiene requirements, at temperatures not exceeding 90 ℃ (direct connection type) or not exceeding 105 ℃ (with bearing bracket type), with or without. The ZXL series pump also has self-priming performance, and is widely used in industries such as food, beverage, medicine, sewage treatment, chemical industry, electroplating, dyeing, and fine chemical industry.
