There is no need to install a low valve in the pipeline. Before operation, only a certain amount of liquid needs to be stored in the pump body, which simplifies the pipeline system and improves working conditions. The materials include cast iron and stainless steel.

3、 ZX Clear Water Self priming Centrifugal Pump Usage:

1. Suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, dye printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, oil tanker unloading, etc.

2. Suitable for water, seawater, chemical media liquids with acid and alkalinity, and slurries with general paste like properties (medium viscosity ≤ 100%, solid content up to 30% or less).

3. With the rocker nozzle, the water can be washed into the air and dispersed into small raindrops for spray. It is a good machine for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.

4. It can be used in conjunction with any type and specification of filter press, and is a matching pump for sending slurry to the filter press for pressure filtration.

6、 Precautions for ZX series horizontal self-priming centrifugal pump:

Preparation and operation before startup

1. Check if the fasteners at the connection parts such as the pump base, coupling, and bearings are loose? If there is looseness, it should be tightened.

2. Is there any jamming or abnormal noise when manually rotating the coupling?

3. Open the water inlet valve above the pump, add at least two-thirds of the pump body volume of the stored liquid, and close the valve. In the future, there will be no need to refill water when starting up.

4. Connect the motor and try to turn it. From the motor end, it turns clockwise. (Reverse is strictly prohibited)

5. Turn on the machine and observe if the pump is running normally? If there are any abnormal phenomena, the cause should be identified and eliminated.
