ZDJ-2D fully automatic potentiometric titrator

This instrument adopts a plunger titration method, which is fully controlled by a microcontroller for titration process, LCD display, and resolution of 0.1mv. Therefore, the small feed rate of titration can reach 0.005ml, which is 100 times higher than that of a simple solenoid valve titrator with 0.05ml. This effectively prevents the phenomenon of equal point overshoot and makes the experimental results more accurate.
In terms of instrument parameter settings, it is simpler and more intuitive than similar imported instruments, reducing parameters by 1/3, and can remember and save the results of the next experiment. The input of parameters is divided into five keys: 1 titration parameter key, 2 structural parameter key, 3 mode key, 4 formula key, and 5 cleaning key. After setting the parameters, they can be reviewed and any one of them can be modified at will. After confirming the accuracy of the parameter input, all experimental preparations are ready. Press the start button to automatically titrate the instrument without the need for personnel management. Upon hearing the alarm, press the print button to print out the test report.
This instrument also has two modes of dynamic titration and quantitative titration:
1、 Dynamic titration: During the reaction process, when moving away from the equivalence point, feed with a large amount of feed, and when approaching the equivalence point, feed with a small amount of feed. The feed rate is automatically adjusted as the potential changes.
2、 Quantitative titration: Always titrate according to a pre-set feed rate, which can be used when producing degradation products.
Selection of printing format: ① To save paper, you can choose to print only the results, ② you can also choose to print all, which can show the changes in potential and the positions of equivalent points. And it can be seen that the equivalent point corresponds to the milliliters of titrant.
This instrument can determine 1-9 equivalence points in one experiment.
