1、 Product Introduction:
The YTW-3 internal combustion engine bench test and exhaust analysis system developed by Shenzhen Yatai Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. is equipped with gasoline and diesel dual engines. The system mainly consists of a dynamometer, engine, fuel consumption meter, data acquisition system, professional industrial computer, software analysis, etc. It is the latest type of internal combustion engine bench test machine with testing functions that meet the needs of today's industry. It can meet the evaluation functions of comprehensive performance such as fuel, fuel additives, combustion efficiency, and exhaust emissions.

2、 Research and Development Background:
Gasoline engine and diesel engine bench testing machines, collectively known as internal combustion engine performance testing machines, are necessary means of detecting and evaluating the power performance, fuel efficiency, lubricant quality, and environmental performance of internal combustion engines.With the acceleration of the upgrading speed of gasoline and diesel quality in China, the National VI gasoline and diesel quality standards are about to be introduced, and various provinces and cities will also introduce corresponding standards for gasoline and diesel cleaning agents and additive cleaning agents. To correctly judge and evaluate the actual effects of fuel and fuel additives, it is necessary to conduct internal combustion engine bench tests.
At present, many domestic colleges, research institutions, and automobile manufacturers have purchased internal combustion engine bench testing equipment, while fuel and fuel additive manufacturers, due to the lack of corresponding technical requirements, mostly have not purchased such equipment, especially bench testing machines with exhaust gas detection.

3、 Technological innovation:
Based on the real combustion of fuel or fuel additives in internal combustion engines, the operating parameters of the engine such as speed, torque, power, fuel consumption, exhaust emissions, and cylinder component pollution are simulated at different speeds through variable loads. d、 The exhaust safety system is equipped with a spark and smoke purification unit.
