Seismic pressure gauges are mainly used for pressure testing in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, power, petroleum, chemical, light industry, and machinery. The pressure gauge relies on measures such as internal filling with damping oil and supporting buffering devices, and has good shock resistance. Suitable for situations where the pressure of the tested medium undergoes strong pulse changes or pressure shocks, and where there is frequent sudden unloading in the production process, as well as places with large environmental vibrations. The instrument can measure the average pulsating pressure of gases and liquids to overcome the damage caused by strong medium pulses and environmental vibrations, ensuring the accuracy of readings.

Accuracy levels: 2.5 and 1.6.
Measurement range: 0-0.1~0-100MPa, -0.1-0, -0.1-2.4MPa.

The shock resistant pressure gauge is suitable for places with severe environmental vibrations, and can withstand medium pulsation, impact, and sudden unloading. It consists of a pressure guiding system (including joints, spring tubes, current limiting screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, a reading device (pointer and dial), and a housing (including case, cover, glass, etc.).
The shell of the shock resistant pressure gauge is an airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal components from environmental impact and contamination invasion.
A shock resistant pressure gauge is an instrument that is filled with damping fluid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) inside the housing, which can resist working environment vibrations and reduce the pulsating effects of medium pressure.

1. The ambient temperature for instrument use is -40~70 ℃, and the relative humidity is not greater than 80%. If it deviates from the normal operating temperature by 20 ± 5 ℃, it must be included in the temperature additional error.

2. The instrument must be installed vertically, striving to be at the same level as the measuring point. If the difference is too high, it will be included in the additional error caused by the liquid column, which does not need to be considered when measuring gas. Block the explosion-proof port at the back of the watch case during installation to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.
3. The normal measurement range of the instrument should not exceed 3/4 of the upper measurement limit under static pressure and 2/3 of the upper measurement limit under fluctuation. Under the above two pressure conditions, the maximum pressure measured by the large pressure gauge should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum part should be used completely when measuring vacuum.
4. If the instrument pointer malfunctions or internal components become loose or cannot function properly during use, maintenance should be carried out or repaired by the manufacturer.
5. Instruments should avoid vibration and collision to prevent damage.
