The electric pneumatic valve positioner YT-1000R is a device in a controller or control system that receives a 4-20mA DC current signal and controls the valve position by operating an angle stroke pneumatic actuator. It is equipped with an external limit switch.

-Set the opening position of the valve with a limit switch and provide feedback on the electrical signal.

-No need to install a separate bracket for limit switches, and installation and maintenance are very convenient.

-Due to the dome indicator, the opening status of the locator can be observed from a distance.

-It is easy to switch between forward and reverse, single acting and double acting.

-For small-sized pneumatic actuators, vibration can be prevented by reducing the throttle hole of the locator.

Positive and negative effects can be easily converted between single and double effects.

For the vibration generated by small actuators, it can be solved by adding a throttle hole to the locator.

Low air consumption and good economy.

Without the need to replace parts, split range control within 1/2 range can be achieved with simple operation.
