• Environmental temperature: -40 ℃ to 40 ℃;
• Altitude: not exceeding 1000m;
• Solar radiation: Exposure is 1.1Kw/m2;
• Power frequency: 48-62Hz;
• Earthquake intensity: below VII degrees;
• Wind speed: not exceeding 35 meters per second;
• Ice thickness: not exceeding 20mm;
• The power frequency voltage applied between the terminals of the lightning arrester for a long time should not exceed the continuous operating voltage of the lightning arrester;
• Attention: Special consideration should be given to the design, manufacturing, and use of zinc oxide lightning arresters under abnormal operating conditions. Under abnormal operating conditions, the performance requirements for the product need to be jointly negotiated between the supplier and the user.

• The actual DC reference voltage, square wave current capacity, and high current withstand capability are all higher than the national standards;

4. Technical standards

The product complies with the requirements of GB/T 11032-2010 "AC gapless metal oxide lightning arrester", JB/T7618-2011 "Lightning arrester sealing test immersion method", JB/T8459-2010 "Lightning arrester product model designation method" and other standards.

5. Installation, use and maintenance

• Before installation, carefully check whether the product parameters are consistent with the order, and clean the surface of the product thoroughly;
• The lightning arrester should be correctly installed on a dedicated bracket, using multi stranded copper core flexible wires of no less than 4 square meters. The upper terminals should be connected to the phase wires, and the lower terminals should be connected to a reliable grounding system;
• Before installing lightning arresters, performance parameters should be tested, and only qualified products can be installed. Regular testing is required in the future. Special usage environments, such as high altitude, strong winds, and areas with frequent thunderstorms, require strengthened maintenance and testing;
• Attention: Surge arresters must not undergo voltage withstand tests, and circuit breakers must be disconnected for external insulation tests of complete electrical equipment.
