Principle and Structure Explanation of Bellows Pressure Reducing Valve
1,The bellows pressure reducing valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve body sealing ring, valve stem, bellows, regulating spring and other parts. The inlet of the body cavity is assembled with valve disc, valve body sealing ring and auxiliary spring. The auxiliary spring is used to maintain the automatic sealing of the valve disc and valve body sealing ring. The outlet body cavity is equipped with elastic sealing elements (bellows) to ensure the leakage of medium pressure behind the valve and compensate for pressure unevenness. The screw is used to adjust the working performance of the spring load pressure reducing valve.
2The inlet medium pressure in front of the valve enters the chamber through the gap between the valve disc and the valve body sealing ring, causing the medium pressure to flow through the combination box of the bellows. The bellows and spring are compressed by the pressure of the medium, and the valve disc closes the valve body sealing ring with the displacement of the valve stem, cutting off the medium in front of the valve and not supplementing the medium pressure behind the valve. When the pressure of the medium behind the valve decreases, the corrugated pipe is deformed due to the radial force of the regulating spring, causing the valve stem to push the valve disc open. Make the medium pass through the valve body sealing ring to supplement the pressure reduction after the valve.
