Product Features:
Due to centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, the material is finely divided into highly dispersed states and the relative velocity between gas and solid is high. Strengthen heat and mass transfer to increase the production intensity of the machine.
Dry gas enters the bottom of the dryer. Generate strong rotating airflow, which has a strong scouring effect on the material on the wall, eliminating wall sticking phenomenon.
In the high-temperature zone at the bottom of the dryer, the heat sensitive material does not come into direct contact with the hot surface, solving the problem of coking and discoloration of heat sensitive materials.
Due to the high circumferential air velocity inside the drying chamber. The material retention time is short, achieving efficient, fast, and large-scale production with small equipment.
Install rotary flow plates inside the drying room to control the moisture content of the material to a very low level.
The upper part of the dryer can control the particle size and humidity of the outlet material.
Working principle:
Hot air enters the bottom of the dryer through the inlet pipe at a suitable spraying speed and enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber, causing strong shearing, blowing, and rotating effects on the materials. As a result, the material is subjected to centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, leading to particle formation and enhanced mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator. Particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried up by the rotating airflow and further dried during the entrainment process. Due to the rotating flow of gas-solid phases, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is higher, which enhances the heat and mass transfer between the two phases. Therefore, the production intensity of this machine is high.
