In order to better meet the requirements of users, Beijing HARKE has summarized years of production practice experience in the field of interface science, continuously improved and perfected the performance of the rotating droplet boundary (surface) tension meter, and developed, designed, and manufactured new models. The new model has made significant progress in stability, ease of operation, noise, automation, and testing methods.

XZD-3 Interface Tension MeterThe measurement adopts a digital imaging acquisition system, and the video optical system is controlled by a computer to move left and right to track the droplet and collect images. The droplet images can be photographed and stored at regular intervals according to user experimental requirements, and the interface tension value can be measured and calculated. The curve of time and interface tension, as well as the width and time curve, can be drawn, greatly improving the measurement accuracy, eliminating human reading errors, and greatly reducing the workload of researchers.

Adopting an open design, the degree of virus damage is minimized, the interface is beautiful, bright, easy to operate, the operation information is displayed clearly, and the horizontal and vertical point taking and moving strip line measurement methods are used. During the testing process, the small window movie image displays each captured photo, with dynamic switching between large and small windows. This allows for the measurement of random image information or saved image measurements during the experiment, displaying the time coordinate curve, width and time curve.
