XKV-2060/3060/6060/8060 Strip Machining Center

The XKV series strip machining center is a high-end CNC machine tool developed by our company based on leading technologies at home and abroad. It is suitable for machining plate lightning, shafts, and precision parts, especially for mold processing. It can achieve continuous milling, drilling, expanding, reaming, tapping, and precise machining of two-dimensional, three-dimensional curved surfaces and inclined surfaces in one clamping.

This series of products adopts an ultra long X-axis stroke design, which is suitable for efficient processing of long strip workpieces and shaft workpieces.

The bed frame and other castings are made of high-quality sodium metabisulfite castings. Through finite element analysis, the reasonable distribution of reinforcement ribs ensures higher stability of the entire machine.

The three-axis adopts heavy-duty roller guide rails, elongated sliders, high machining accuracy, and large bearing capacity.

Optional CNC turntable can be equipped to achieve flipping processing of shaft parts and other parts, improving processing efficiency.
