    Touch screen tube static hydraulic testing machine, 3-channel tube static hydraulic testing instrument

    This series of pipe hydrostatic testing machines is manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T6111-2003 "Test Method for Internal Pressure Resistance of Thermoplastic Pipes for Fluid Transport" and GB/T15560-1995 "Hydraulic Instantaneous Burst and Pressure Resistance Test Method for Plastic Pipes for Fluid Transport". It is used to determine the pressure resistance failure time or instantaneous burst pressure value of thermoplastic pipes and composite pipes (such as PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PE, PE-X, PVC, PVC-U, PVC-C and aluminum-plastic composite pipes) under long-term constant internal pressure and constant temperature. It is a testing equipment for plastic pipe manufacturers and testing institutions.

    2、 Characteristics

    This machine is pressurized by airless hydraulic (water as the medium) system, which is safe and reliable. Its key components are high-precision accessories imported from abroad and domestic products. The high-pressure pump head is Italian three plunger 15MPa high-pressure pump head, and the electrical control system is controlled by Taiwan, China's original PLC (micro programmable controller),

    PLC cluster control is an intelligent unmanned monitoring instrument that enables the PLC controller to continuously transmit control information to various executing components, and each executing component continuously feeds back the test results to the PLC controller, thereby achieving instruction and execution. The information between execution and instruction is transmitted to each other, achieving the function of human-machine interface dialogue. The pressure sampling response time of the pressure sensor is 10 milliseconds, which improves the overall signal response speed, control accuracy, and long-term reliability. And it can achieve independent control of test pressure and test time for each channel. When one channel of the sample completes the test, the sample breaks or leaks, it does not affect the continuation of other channels of the test. Therefore, it can simultaneously perform multiple pipe tests of different specifications, models and materials;
