1. Vacuum pumping
After turning on the vacuum pump, if it is found that the vacuum cannot be applied, it is necessary to check whether the bottle openings are sealed properly, whether the vacuum pump itself is leaking, whether the sealing ring at the shaft is intact, and whether a vacuum switch is connected in series with the external vacuum tube to improve the recovery rate and evaporation speed.
2. Adding ingredients
By utilizing the vacuum negative pressure of the system, liquid material can be sucked into the rotary bottle through a hose at the feeding port, and the liquid material should not exceed half of the rotary bottle. This instrument can continuously add materials. When adding materials, please pay attention to 1. Turn off the vacuum pump 2. Stop heating 3. After evaporation stops, slowly open the pipe plug to prevent backflow.
3. Heating
This instrument is equipped with a specially designed water bath, which must be powered on after adding water. The temperature control scale is 0-99 ℃ for reference. Due to the existence of thermal inertia, the actual water temperature is about 2 degrees higher than the set temperature. The set value can be adjusted during use, for example, if you need a water temperature of 1/3-1/2. Remove the power plug after use.
4. Rotation
Turn on the switch of the electrical control box and adjust the rotary knob * evaporation speed. Pay attention to avoiding water bath vibrations and fluctuations.
5. Connect
Connect the cooling water.
6. Recovery of solvent
Turn off the vacuum pump, turn on the feeding switch to release air, and remove the solvent from the collection bottle
