Brief description: The ZDM series vibration mill developed and produced by Tianjin Jinbeier Technology Co., Ltd. is an equipment designed for X-ray fluorescence spectrometers. This device is easy to operate, has stable performance, high efficiency, low noise, no dust leakage, and can replace similar foreign products. Vibration grinding tools have two functions: crushing and grinding. They adopt a two-way spring structure to effectively control the grinding effect. They can be used to grind rocks, metal ores, alloys, sand and gravel, cement, slag, ceramics, catalyst carriers, soil, glass, coal, coke, corundum, metal oxides, plant materials, slag, silicates. Stable performance, long service life, and extremely low maintenance rate.

History of X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy Vibration GrindingOur company is a professional manufacturer of various compression machines and vibration mills, with decades of production history. Its products are widely used in the fields of powder grinding and powder forming, and can analyze and study new materials such as X-ray fluorescence, calcium iron analysis, superconductivity, building materials, powder ceramics, cement, etc. Equipped with various appropriate additional molds, it can meet customers' requirements in powder grinding and powder forming. The ZDM-50B vibration mill is a supporting equipment for various manual and electric tablet presses. Its structure adopts a grinding box impact method, which has the characteristics of easy operation, high efficiency, stable and reliable performance. It can grind, shape, detect, and analyze various powders, with a wide range of applications. In addition, our company can also design and manufacture specialized machines according to customers' special technical requirements.
1、 Explanation of X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy Vibration Grinding Parameter Index
Model ZDM-50B Feed particle size ≤ 5mm3 Discharge particle size ≤ 80um Feed quantity 5-15cm3 Power supply 220V ± 10%/50Hz, 2-phase+ground wire Rated power 0.25kw Motor 1400r/min 0.18kw Grinding time 0-999 seconds Grinding box capacity 50cm3 Grinding box material: tungsten carbide or high chromium steel Dimensions 420x420x590mm3 Weight approximately 60kg Environmental temperature range of 10-40 ℃
Feed particle size: The grinding box includes a grinding box body, a grinding ring, and a grinding block. The sample is placed between them, with a maximum diameter of 5mm.
Discharge particle size: The discharge particle size is the diameter of the sample after grinding
Loading capacity: We recommend a one-time loading capacity of 20-40 grams. The maximum loading capacity for grinding boxes is 100cc.
Grinding box material; When choosing a suitable grinding box, the first thing to consider is the hardness value of the sample. The hardness value of the grinding box should be greater than that of the sample. If you need a fast and strong grinding process, we recommend choosing a tungsten carbide grinding box. Next is the influence of material on analysis. Tungsten carbide grinding boxes are suitable for situations where there is no concern about being affected by carbon, tungsten, or cobalt elements, chromium steel grinding boxes are suitable for situations where there is no concern about being affected by iron or chromium elements, and manganese steel grinding boxes are suitable for situations where there is no concern about being affected by iron or manganese elements.
If you only measure one type of sample and the sample quantity is not large, one tungsten carbide grinding box is sufficient. If you measure two or more samples, or if the sample quantity is large, one tungsten carbide grinding box is not enough Because after grinding * samples, you need to carefully clean the grinding box, otherwise there will be residual samples. When grinding the second sample, * samples will contaminate the second sample and affect the XRF analysis results In addition, the grinding box will generate heat during grinding. If you measure a large amount of samples, the temperature of the grinding box will rise, and the samples will stick to the walls of the grinding box, affecting the quality of grinding. At this point, you need to wait for the temperature of the grinding box to drop below 50 ℃ before grinding the sample. Our users usually buy a few more grinding boxes.
2、 Operating Instructions for X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy Vibration Grinding Instrument
1. Sample installation 1.1 Place the impact hammer into the grinding box, and then place the sample between the grinding box and the impact hammer. 1.2. The sample size in the grinding box is 5-15cm3. <Warning>When the amount of sample placed in the grinding box is ≤ 5cm3, it will damage the grinding box. 2. Time setting 2.1. Press the up and down buttons of the time relay to set the running time. The middle digit represents the time units: hour (H), minute (M), and second (S). 2.2. The grinding box for tungsten carbide is generally set within 3 minutes, and the grinding box for high chromium steel is generally set within 10 minutes. 3. Sample preparation 3.1. Place the grinding box on the fixed disc of the vibrating mill and tighten the fixed handle. Refer to Figure 2. Tighten the cover of the vibration mill and press the green start button of the vibration mill. Start the vibration mill. 3.2. If an unexpected situation occurs, please immediately press the red emergency stop button. <Warning>Do not open the cover of the vibrating mill until the machine * has come to a complete stop. 3.3. After the machine comes to a complete stop, open the cover of the vibrating mill and remove the grinding box. Pour the sample into the filter screen, and 80% of the sample should have a particle size ≤ 80um. 3.4. If the ground sample does not meet the requirements of 3.3 The requirements. Remove the grinding box, let it cool naturally to below 60 ℃, and then continue working. And find out the grinding time.
