Principle of Wuxi float level switch:
The UQK-91-2 sensor is equipped with three reed switches for lower limit, upper limit, and over limit alarms. UQK-91-4 has five reed switches, with two more liquid level displays than UQK-91-2. The float ball equipped with magnetic steel moves the reed switch at different positions as the liquid level rises and falls, and the correct position of the liquid level is indicated by the closing of the corresponding relay in the display table. The lower and upper limit display tables of the Wuxi float level switch have relay contact outputs (equivalent to a 1 x 2 switch). The upper limit can emit sound and light alarm signals without relay contact output.
UQK-91-10 and UQK-91-50 sensors are equipped with several reed switches. When the float ball equipped with magnetic steel moves up and down with the liquid level, it causes the reed switches at different positions to move, resulting in a change in the resistance value output by the sensor. The display meter then converts this change in resistance value into the on/off of the panel's LED to display the measured liquid level. The float level switch display table is equipped with a setting button for the control point, which can pre-set the control range of the liquid level in advance. When the liquid level reaches the set height, the display shows that the relay in the meter is closed or disconnected by the contact point of the relay to control the liquid level alarm.

The UQK-91 float level gauge can be widely used in industries such as refining, chemical, papermaking, food, and wastewater treatment. It can display, alarm and control the liquid level of the medium in open, closed containers or underground tanks in the instrument control room. The detected medium can be water, oil, acid, alkali, industrial sewage and other conductive and non-conductive liquids, and can overcome the influence of false liquid level caused by liquid foam. The anti-corrosion controller has excellent corrosion resistance to highly corrosive media, while the explosion-proof controller can be applied in explosive environments (explosion-proof type, explosion-proof mark: dIIBT4). The UQK-91 series liquid level display controller consists of two parts: sensors and display meters.
