Instructions for using the bottom sampler:
1. One end of the anti-static sampling rope should be firmly grounded, and the grounding point should not have insulating paint, etc The other end of the anti-static sampling rope is firmly connected to the bottom sampler.
2. Before sampling, touch the tank with your hand to eliminate static electricity.
3. Drop the bottom sampler at a speed of no more than 1 meter per second to the bottom of the container. When the bottom valve of the bottom sampler touches the bottom of the container, the valve opens and bubbles will appear when oil is injected When there are no bubbles, remove the bottom sampler and transfer the sample to complete the collection of the bottom sample. After sampling, dry and store it.
4. When lifting the bottom sampler, try not to touch the metal oil tank as much as possible to avoid electrostatic discharge
5. The bottom sampler, anti-static sampling rope, and grounding point must be firmly connected throughout the entire sampling process to smoothly eliminate static electricity.
Compatibility: Use anti-static sampling rope and anti-static clip together.
