1. Cabinet material: The cabinet structure adopts a double-layer structure, with sufficient space reserved between the inner lining plate and the steel shell for water, electricity, gas connection, installation, maintenance, as well as installation and maintenance of the ventilation cabinet pulley and counterweight system. The steel shell is molded from 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, and the cabinet surface is treated with EPOXYLESIN powder electrostatic spraying, which has acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance.

2. Coating thickness: All steel plate surfaces of the experimental platform are sprayed with epoxy resin electrostatic powder uniformly, with a thickness of not less than 50 μ M (± 5%) and strong corrosion resistance.

3. Cabinet door panel: Made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.0mm, all cabinet surfaces are treated with EPOXYRESIN powder electrostatic spraying, which has acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance; The cabinet doors are designed with double-layer sound insulation.

4. Guide plate: Made of gray heat-resistant plate, 6mm thick, with a three-stage structure, it prevents turbulent flow inside the cabinet and ensures good control over toxic and harmful substances, effectively discharging gases of different densities.

5. Gas collection hood: Adopting a conical tapered gas collection hood, the bottom inlet of the gas collection hood is a rectangular opening, and it has good functions such as gas collection and noise reduction.

6. Adjustable door: Using 6mm thick safety glass with a balanced combination, the lower end of the window door is equipped with a sliding door handle to assist in smooth airflow and reduce the possibility of turbulence. The window adopts a * counterweight system to easily pull and lift the sliding door to stop at any position. The balance part is designed with an endless structure, and the glass operation door is designed with left and right push and pull, up and down opening, flexible operating procedures, and can safely complete special experiments.
