The new generation of screw type low-temperature chiller, which retains the traditional advantages of the original unit and has been further improved and developed. There are 126 standard specifications for the unit, with a cooling range from 42100kGal/h to 2165500kcal/h and a chilled water temperature adjustment range of -10~10 ° C.

All water-cooled screw refrigeration units are selected from original imported branded semi closed screw and semi closed reciprocating compressors. Twin screw 5:6 gear ratio and advanced linear design, low-carbon, energy-saving and environmentally friendly; Good performance and low noise. According to customer needs and the size of the cooling capacity, single or multiple machine combinations can be used. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, balancing the operating hours of each compressor, greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit, and achieving more than 45000 hours of fault free operation. The evaporator copper tube adopts an imported internal and external threaded reinforced tube, and the condenser condenser adopts an imported internal copper tube, which is finely processed into a trapezoidal tube to enhance thermal conductivity. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and has minimal cooling loss. It is designed using the latest CAD technology and processed by CNC machining, with a compact structure and stable performance. The surface of the condenser copper tube is smooth, which reduces water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain.
