Equipment and process facilities
Grille: Used to filter out impurities in water to prevent damage to equipment, especially sewage lifting pumps.
Regulating tank: Uniform water quantity and quality, also has a primary sedimentation effect, reducing the impact load on subsequent equipment.
Anaerobic tank: High molecular weight fillers are used as microbial carriers in the tank to decompose difficult to dissolve organic matter and large particles in water for further decomposition, which is beneficial for subsequent aerobic tank treatment.
Aerobic tank: Through fan aeration, the surface microorganisms of the packing material are fully exposed to the air, which can remove various organic substances in the sewage. Nitrifying bacteria can effectively reduce ammonia nitrogen in the water under sufficient oxygen conditions, while also reducing COD in the sewage, allowing the sewage to be further purified in this tank.
Sedimentation tank: In order to further perform solid-liquid separation, the decomposed biofilm and suspended solids in the sewage are settled to the bottom, and the supernatant of the sewage is separated.
Disinfection tank: The clear liquid from the sedimentation tank flows into the disinfection tank for chemical disinfection and sterilization, controlling the bacterial content in the sewage and ensuring that the sewage discharge meets hygiene standards and is qualified for discharge.
Sewage pump: homogenizes and evenly increases the amount of sewage to ensure stable operation of the sewage treatment process inside the equipment.
Fan: Aeration provides oxygen for microorganisms in the aerobic tank.
