• versatilityWP4C can measure the water potential of any porous material, such as apples, bricks, oil, and insect shells.

• Easy to operateWhen measuring water potential, simply put the sample into a sample cup (diameter 4cm, height 1cm), place it in the sample chamber drawer, and push it into the detection area. The reading can be obtained in 5 minutes

• Precision modeIf the measurement process is too fast, the results may not be accurate. The new WP4C will be checked in precision mode to ensure that the sample has reached equilibrium before displaying the final reading.

• Reaching balance fasterThe newly adopted nickel Teflon coating in the WP4C sample room has hydrophobicity. Reducing the water absorption of the sample chamber means that equilibrium can be reached faster.

• Fine tuning calibrationThe WP4C sensor is durable and easy to clean. The instrument can be calibrated with a saturated salt solution (self prepared or ordered). The new algorithm can achieve better accuracy (± 0.05 MPa or less) during fine-tuning calibration.
