Working Principle:
Its crushing rotor consists of several horizontal disks and blades, forming many staggered crushing chambers. The air inside the chambers is elastic and can freely undergo small vibrations. When the rotor is working, its outer peripheral velocity reaches 84 meters per second or more, and the air flow velocity between the rotor and the lining ring is about 55 meters per second. Due to the impact of the airflow, the crushing chamber of the rotor produces small vibrations of 4000-15000 times per second, emitting audible sound waves of 140 decibels in the chamber, and a pressure difference of 0.025 atmospheres occurs locally, producing jets and eddies that reach the speed of sound, which can promote friction and collision between particles and crush them into fine powder. Its crushing rate and product fineness are better than impact type products.
