Overview
The main purpose of the WFW sieve free horizontal crusher is to be widely used for ultrafine grinding in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, feed, dye, and non-metallic minerals. Working principle: The machine is mainly composed of feeding hopper, crushing chamber box, crushing disc, stator, fineness control valve, frame, discharge port and other components. When the crusher is working, the electric motor drives the main shaft or rotor (with several hammer plates evenly distributed around the rotor) to rotate at high speed. The compact structure of the crushing zone composed of hammer blades and stator allows the material entering the machine to rub tightly and strongly impact the hammer in the rotating airflow

Main purpose:

Working Principle:
The machine is mainly composed of feeding hopper, crushing chamber box, crushing disc, stator, fineness control valve, frame, discharge port and other components. When the crusher is working, the electric motor drives the main shaft or rotor (with several hammer plates evenly distributed around the rotor) to rotate at high speed. The compact structure of the crushing zone composed of hammer blades and stator allows the material entering the machine to rub tightly and strongly impact the hammer blades in the rotating airflow, and grind again in the gap between the hammer blades and stator. During this process, the rotor sucks in a large amount of air, which serves the purpose of cooling the machine, abrasive, and conveying fine powder. The fineness of material crushing can be adjusted within a certain range by adjusting the fineness regulating valve (i.e. adjusting the grading mechanism).
