Overview

The YFV-3 density and viscosity online monitoring sensor adopts the world's advanced piezoelectric resonant MEMS components, and integrates high-precision signal sampling and processing units internally, combined with advanced algorithms

Product Details

1、 Product Introduction:

The YFV-3 density and viscosity online monitoring sensor adopts the world's advanced piezoelectric resonant MEMS components. Through an internally integrated high-precision signal sampling and processing unit, combined with advanced algorithms, it can automatically detect the density, viscosity, and temperature of liquids in real time. At the same time, other user related indicators such as 20 ℃ density, kinematic viscosity, viscosity index, 40 ℃ viscosity, and 100 ℃ viscosity can also be achieved through a powerful internal calculation program.

YFV-3 is simple and easy to use, and its operation does not require personnel participation. All detection is automatically completed by sensors. Users only need to install it on the pipeline to achieve process measurement of density, viscosity, and temperature in the production process, or use an offline kit for laboratory analysis.

The emergence of YFV-3 has greatly increased users' investment returns, providing reliable basis for quality control in the production process. It is a compact, intelligent, reliable, and feature rich online monitoring sensor.

2、 Technical advantages:

1. Imported probe, an online monitoring sensor that accurately measures viscosity, density, and temperature with up to eight parameter outputs

2. Density accuracy 0.001g/cm ³; Viscosity range of 0.3~400mPa • s, accuracy of 2%; Wide allowable fluid temperature (-40~120 ℃); Dielectric constant 1-10, accuracy ± 3%

3. Quick response, data refresh rate only takes 1 second

4. All stainless steel, excellent chemical corrosion resistance and pressure resistance, measurement is not affected by external vibration, suitable for online monitoring robustness requirements

5. No moving parts, no consumables, effective service life of more than 10 years

6. Compact structure, easy system integration, on-site calibration of integrated modules

7. Through various certifications and testing standards such as CE and ASTM1657

3、 Scope of application:

Suitable for online monitoring of viscosity and density of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gearbox oil, gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, kerosene, biodiesel, ethanol, chemical reagents, coatings and inks.

4、 Product application:

Food processing, laboratory analysis, fuel storage and transportation processes; Refining, petroleum industry, wind power, thermal power generation and other power generation industries; Transportation industries such as aviation, navigation, and railways; Marine engineering such as drilling platforms, large-scale engineering machinery and equipment, transportation vehicles, fuel storage and transportation vehicles, oil treatment equipment, chemical experiment analysis, production process quality management, oil treatment and filtration systems; Medical equipment for coatings, inks, and printing industries

5、 Measurement principle:

YFV-3 adopts piezoelectric resonance mode and obtains relevant parameters by controlling the oscillator components to operate in resonance state.

The vibration period T is related to the density of the liquid:

ρ=K0+K1 * T+K2 * T (K0, K1, and K2 are instrument calibration parameters)

The vibration quality factor Q is related to viscosity:

η = C0 + C1*Q + C2*Q2 (C0 C1 C2 are instrument calibration parameters)

The kinematic viscosity can also be converted according to the following formula:

µ=η/ρ (µ - kinematic viscosity mm2/s=cst, η - dynamic viscosity mPa. s=mPa • s, ρ - density g.cm ³)
