Structural principle of vibrating rod level controller
Vibration rod level controllerComposed of vibration rod components and electronic circuit components. The instrument uses the "resonance" principle of a tuning fork. The vibrating rod and the built-in vibrating rod form a "tuning fork" resonance probe with a frequency of 280Hz. Under the drive of piezoelectric elements, vibration occurs. When the probe touches the measured material, the vibration amplitude sharply decreases, which is converted into an electronic signal, causing the relay to switch on and off.

Precautions for installation and use of vibrating rod level controller

1. Installation should be avoided at the inlet;

When installing in blocks with a particle diameter greater than 15mm or less than 7 meters below the feeding port, a probe cover should be added;

When measuring powders with high viscosity, they should be installed vertically from the top of the container or inserted diagonally from the side wall.

When the temperature of the probe exceeds 120 ℃, due to the shortened lifespan of the piezoelectric element, it is necessary to regularly check whether the switch action is normal.
