Screw dry vacuum pump is a high vacuum process formed by the meshing action of a pair of constant speed and reverse rotating screws inside the pump chamber, which completes the process from inhaling gas, compressing gas to discharging gas. Two non-contact screw type rotors with opposite rotation directions rotate in opposite directions at a constant speed inside the pump chamber. When the screw rotates, a certain volume of gas is sucked in at the inlet of the screw vacuum pump, and the gas is compressed and transported to the outlet of the vacuum pump for discharge. Due to the lack of contact between the two screws of the pump and between the screws and the pump chamber, no lubricating oil is required in the pump chamber. The lubricating oil used to lubricate gears and shaft seals is sealed with the pump chamber through the shaft seal. The pump can be cooled directly by circulating cooling water or by a cooling device with a fan and radiator.

The screw rotor adopts a multi-stage variable pitch structure design, and the ultimate vacuum can reach below 1Pa, which can meet various vacuum treatments from atmosphere to high vacuum

  • 1. The screw rotor is cast with high-strength ductile iron and processed with imported five axis linkage equipment, which has high mechanical accuracy and stable mechanical performance.
  • 2. The exhaust chamber adopts an oil-free structure design and is equipped with a gas ballast device, which can extract general gases, condensable gases, corrosive gases, and gases containing dust.
  • 3. The combination of corrugated tube mechanical seal, imported PTFE lip seal, and low-pressure nitrogen seal can improve the sealing performance of the vacuum pump and extend its service life.
  • 4. Optimized the internal structure design and exhaust duct layout, which can further reduce exhaust resistance and improve the vacuum pump's ability to handle condensable substances.
  • 5. The overall water cooling structure layout reduces the overall temperature rise of the pump, improves the long-term reliable operation capability of the vacuum pump, and meets various working conditions.
  • 6. Surface anti-corrosion treatment is carried out on overcurrent components, using various corrosion-resistant coatings to adapt to various special process flows.
  • Compared with other mechanical vacuum pumps, it can achieve an energy-saving effect of over 30% to 35%. And it can be combined with Roots vacuum pump for more obvious energy-saving effect.

When the screw dry vacuum pump uses a post cooling device, the amount of cooling water will increase, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water is generally controlled below 7 ℃.
